Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026 · Uzbek Truck World Inc. ("we," "us," "our")

This Privacy Policy explains how Uzbek Truck World Inc. collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this website, submit a form, or otherwise communicate with us. It also explains our SMS text messaging program and your choices around it.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out our Contact Us form, request a quote, apply to drive with us, or email or call our office. This may include:

  • Name and company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The content of your message or inquiry
  • For driver or carrier applicants: additional information you choose to submit, such as equipment type or experience

We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you browse our website, such as browser type, device type, and general usage data, for the purpose of operating and improving the site.

2. How we use your information

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the freight, dispatch, or recruiting services you requested
  • Communicate with you about loads, appointments, onboarding, and account matters
  • Send you SMS text messages, but only if you have separately opted in as described in Section 4 below
  • Maintain business records required for our operating authority and insurance
  • Improve and secure our website

We do not use the information you submit through our website for any purpose unrelated to these business functions without your consent.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, load board, or accounting/factoring services — only as needed for them to perform that function.
  • Brokers, shippers, or partner carriers as necessary to coordinate a specific load or business arrangement you are party to.
  • Government agencies or regulators where required for compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, or other legal requirements.
  • Legal or safety purposes, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Uzbek Truck World or others.

SMS-specific data is not shared. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. No mobile phone numbers or SMS consent (opt-in) data collected for text messaging purposes are shared or sold to any third party or affiliate. This category of information — phone numbers collected for SMS and your consent status — is excluded from every category of sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. SMS / text messaging program

If you check the optional SMS consent box on our Contact Us form or our Drive with us application form, you agree to receive recurring, automated text messages from Uzbek Truck World Inc. at the mobile number you provided. This consent is separate and distinct from any other consent on our site (such as agreeing to our Terms or requesting a callback) and is never bundled with them. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full program details.

Messages sent through this program are operational and dispatch messages only: load status and dispatch updates, pickup and delivery appointment reminders, and communications with drivers and business partners related to an active load or business relationship.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of using our services or doing business with us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us using the details in Section 10. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. As stated in Section 3, mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates.

5. Cookies & tracking

Our website may use minimal, functional cookies or local storage needed for the site to operate correctly (for example, remembering your place on the page). We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal, accounting, or regulatory recordkeeping requirements applicable to motor carriers, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Your choices & rights

  • You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
  • You may decline to provide certain information, though this may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry or provide services.

8. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
